The Mayor is offering the council two options for the county’s new Service Center which is presently located on the south side of the Maui Mall behind the Maui Megaplex.

#1 A&B’s Maui Business Park II in Kahului:
County pays $7,145,582 for 4.101 acres, plus A&B will donate 35.55 acres between Baldwin Park and Paia.

#2 Kehalani Village Center in Wailuku:
County pays $6,561,630 for 5.021 acres, plus Kehalani will donate 14.416 acres nearby.

There is a third option:  The Council could purchase the two parcels and get the two separate donation sites.
