Developers for the proposed Piʻilani Promenade in South Maui have filed a draft environmental impact statement for the project.

The project calls for the development of a mix of light industrial and business/commercial uses with approximately 226 apartment units on 75 acres of land mauka of the Piʻilani Highway in North Kihei.
