Ala Wai Boat Harbor; Leases; Submerged Lands; Request for Proposals
Provides that state fast lands and submerged lands may be leased. Provides for the lease of fast lands and submerged lands of the Ala Wai boat harbor pursuant to requests for proposals. Effective July 1, 2030. (SD1)
