According to Pacific Business News, Bio-Logical Capital head of operations Guy Kaulukukui, (former deputy director of DLNR) is leaving the company after a year and a half.
Bio-logical is trying to buy thousands of Hana Ranch land for $35 million and, in partnership with Pattern Energy, has a wind project ready to send to the PUC if the interisland electric cable goes forward. The purchase is held up because one of the Bio-Logical partners is suing to stop the land purchase.
