Maui County Council Committee agreed with testifiers that the following proposals should be turned down and not included in the South Maui growth boundaries:
Several hundred acres of proposed urban along Mokulele highway (Thank you Councilmembers Cochran, Couch, Baisa and White)
390 additional acres in Makena (Thank you Councilmembers Cochran, Couch and Victorino)
