Upcountry Sustainability presents An Overview of the Maui Island Plan with Lucienne de Naie.

With her in depth knowledge, Lucienne will highlight and describe aspects of the Plan that may specifically affect Maui’s Sustainability, such as the management of water, land, waste, energy and community development. In addition, plans that involve the health of our island’s natural environment on both land and sea will be considered.

This is an opportunity to gain perspective about this important Community Plan that will guide decision-making in the next decade.
There will be time for questions and discussion.

The event takes place on Monday, September 12, 7:00, at the Tavares Community Center pool room, across from Foodland in Pukalani. It is free and open to all.
