This document was sent today from the state Office of Planning to the state Land Use Commission in regards to the Piilani Promenade project. Maui Tomorrow Foundation is very happy with the Office of Planning’s conclusion that the current proposed project is not in substantial compliance with representations made in the landowners’ original petition. We believe that point to be very evident and important to our legal actions.
