Maui R&T Partners Inc., a joint venture of Pacific Rim Land and Woodbridge Capital who are closely associated with Goodfellow Brothers, whose retired chief, Steve Goodfellow, helped create the R&T park, have switched their emphasis to smaller lots, including residential development and some retail on the Research and Technology Park land.

We previously erroneously reported that their retail included “big box” stores.  In fact, it is a nearby property that may be under consideration for this.  (See ‘Aina Aloha First)
